Broere Project

This full condo renovation focused on bringing in light, enhancing flow, and adding custom details throughout. We opened walls to create a more open-concept living area and dropped the ceilings to integrate perimeter pot lights for layered lighting.

Every room was repainted, and custom millwork was designed for each space—each one featuring a unique detail, like the open shelving with a refined metal skirt. We reconfigured the laundry room for better function, adjusted bathroom layouts to meet the clients’ needs, and installed new flooring throughout.

The design blends traditional elements that reflect the building’s architecture with modern touches. Warm oak accents, white cabinetry, and a refreshed fireplace brought cohesion and warmth to the newly transformed home.
